Great location, clean apartment.

Decor a bit tired, needed some minor repair work done. Kitchen utensils very limited (no teaspoons) and microwave location meant the door couldn't open fully.

These are apartments that are fully equipped with kitchenette. Tea/coffee facilties provided, fridge, tv, Iron with Ironing board. Apartment had air-conditioning which was great in the heatwave! Lovely modern bathroom. Lots of bars and restuarants & shops in the area, far better than staying in a hotel.

Privacy, room layout and size was good. Comfortable and modern room.Great TV.Bed was small and hard though! Tea and coffee making facility and items in the room but no milk?? Flexible staff.

Reception was away from the rooms - otherwise nothing to complain about. I would recomend though a bit pricey.

Stunning and magnificent location, it was close to an underground station. I tried some drinks at bar Bobby Fitzpatrick, located 5 minutes walk away.

Facilities were great, nevertheless Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

The location of the hotel is good, there are many restaurants and buses. The room and bathroom were clean.

Our room was on the third floor and we had too many luggages.

Appreciated my really nice stay of a night or two. Exceptionally comfortable bed made my room compact and neat. The lovely and polite staff gave good recommendations.

I got the impression these were 'service flats' but mine was just a room with the addition of a microwave oven and a (somewhat noisy) fridge. As a consequence I was rather disappointed.

It was in excellent location. Clean and ideal for busses and trains. The room was very comforable and it was nice to have a comfotable chair to sit on

Oh mate, the foodie vibes around Nox West Hampstead are great! Just a hop from Sirous Steak & Ale and Roni's Bagel Bakery, proper gems right there! The kitchenette in the room is a lifesaver for whipping up quick bites. Plus, the staff's a friendly bunch, ready to help with whatever you need.

But let's get real. The shower barely gives you that hot water kick you crave, and the noise levels at night seemed like an offbeat washing machine! Hauling luggage up those stairs was a bit of a workout. Still, all things considered, it wasn't too shabby.

We were lucky that we stayed in the delux double and it was much more than we expected. Huge room equipped with all facilities including toaster, microwave, flat screen TV and mini bar fridge. Bath and shower both modern and clean. Most important of all - perfect location. Such a great area with good restaurants and takeouts around. Wish I could stay for longer.

The facilities were excellent and so convenient to public transport. It was in a great spot for eating out and grocery stores. It was great to have a self-contained unit. Having Wi-Fi was so useful.
